Cancellation Policy 

 Cancellation Policy for Multi Day Trips:

25% deposit due with booking. Deposit is non-refundable within 60 days prior to trip start.

Balance due 60 days before Day 1 of trip

· 100% will be refunded up to 60 days prior to trip start. minus any accommodation or travel reservations that do not refund, and minus any credit card transaction fees incurred.

· 75% will be refunded 60 to 30 days before trip start minus any accommodation or travel reservations that do not refund, and minus any credit card transaction fees incurred.

· 25% will be refunded 30-10 days before trip start for multi day trips.

· 0% will be refunded under 10 days

Cancellation Policy for Single Day Trips:

· 100% will be refunded up to 60 days prior to trip start. minus any accommodation or travel reservations that do not refund, and minus any credit card transaction fees incurred.

· 75% will be refunded 59 to 2 days before trip start minus any accommodation or travel reservations that do not refund, and minus any credit card transaction fees incurred.

· 0% will be refunded within 48 hours

*no refunds for adverse weather, conditions, or other uncontrollable factors which may prevent us from achieving our agreed upon itineraries. We will always find alternative objectives/activities if conditions or other logistical hurdles do not allow for the planned itinerary.
